WHEN:
The 2026 CD3 Endorsing Convention will start with Registration from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM and Gavel Down at 10 AM (please note this NEW start time) with adjournment no later than 3 PM. Registration is now open. CLICK HERE
WHERE:
The location of the Convention is the Hennepin Technical College Auditorium, 9000 Brooklyn Blvd, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445.
WHAT IS THE ENDORSING CONVENTION?
At the Endorsing Convention the assembled Delegates and Alternates will (i) endorse a candidate to run as our Republican Candidate for the Third Congressional District of the U. S. Congress, (ii) hear from candidates running for Governor, U.S. Senate, Secretary of State, Attorney General, and State Auditor, (iii) consider and vote on possible amendments to the CD3 Constitution and / or Bylaws, and (iii) consider and vote on Platform Amendments to the MN GOP Platform.
WHY ATTEND YOUR ENDORSING CONVENTION?
YOU ran and were elected at your Senate District Convention to become a Delegate to the CD3 Endorsing Convention. This is your time to honor that commitment and to participate in the selection of our candidate to run for U. S. Congress. You will meet fellow Republicans from across CD3!
WANT TO RUN FOR CONGRESS?
Anyone seeking to run for U.S. Congress must submit their name to Michael Palm, Nominating Committee Chair, at mpalm@palmcommercialbrokerage.com no later than 5:00PM on Wednesday April 15, 2026. Names cannot be summitted at the Convention. The Nominating Committee will schedule mandatory interviews with candidates.
